Training for Youth Service Program

Hi Tom, we are thinking of a training for the youth service program youth on the 14th of September. Can we use the center that day with a relatively small group 8-10.

Ruhi 7 Intensive Study Program

Parisa will be leading an intensive study of the Ruhi 7 book for 1 week at the Beaverton Baha'i Center. August 24-August 31, 2014.

Regional Youth Gathering

Reserve the Center for all day on January 14th for the youth gathering.

Home Visit Campaign

My name is Sheida. We meed to reserve a room of the Baha'i center for mornings from 9-12 for youth in period of service to study, reflect and planning before going to neighborhoods for home visits. The morning reservation would be for Sunday through Friday, for just one of the rooms to be a space for study and reflection and planning of the Youths in period of service

Home Visits Campaign

Also there is going to be a home visit campaign happening on 27 of july through Aug 3rd that Kathryn and I are coordinating that and we where wondering if we could reserve the center from 2 to 9 pm for that as well! Much love , Sheida

Persian Language Discussion

We will again have a Persian language discussion of Baha'i topics every 1st Saturday at the Beaverton Baha'i Center on Murray Blvd at 7:00 pm. All are welcome. Contact Shabnam Baheri for details.

On National Observance of Children's Sabbaths -- October 18-20

Dear Bahá’í Friends,
One of the creative initiatives that
has emerged in our country, in response to the pressing need to nurture
the youngest members of society, is the National Observance of
Children’s Sabbaths. This annual event, designated this year for October 18–20,
provides an opportunity for Bahá’ís to join hands with Faith
communities across the country in activities of worship, education, and
service on behalf of children. This year’s observance, “Beating Swords

Race: The Power of an Illusion

This will be a 3 night event on "Race: The power of an
illusion". It is a 3 part documentary series which was produced by
California Newsreel. Each section runs just under an hour.
Therefore, I would like to book those nights from 7:00PM to 9:30PM.
The movie would show from 7:30 to 8:30 with discussion and
